The 14 Day Return Promise
We want you to feel the weight, see the shine, and fall in love with your 925 Siller piece. If for any reason it’s not 'The One', don’t worry! You have 15 days from the day your jewelry arrives to decide.
Consider it a worry free trial. We’re confident you’ll love the craftsmanship, but if you don't, we’ve made the return journey just as smooth as the silver itself.
How to Keep it Eligible
To ensure a smooth return, we just ask that your jewelry stays in its red carpet condition:
- Unworn and unused (trying it on is encouraged but wearing it out for the night makes it a keeper!)
- Original tags attached and tucked safely in its 925 Siller packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your digital receipt is perfect).
Finding Your Perfect Match (Exchanges)
Sometimes a piece is beautiful, but finding the one takes time. If you’d like to swap your jewelry for a different size of the same product or upgrade to another piece of higher value, we’ve made it effortless.
The Window: You have 21 days from the day your package arrives to request an exchange.
The Upgrade: If your new choice has a higher price tag, you can easily settle the difference via UPI, Internet Banking, or a secure Payment Link we’ll send directly to you.
The Speed: We know you’re excited to wear your new silver. That’s why we dispatch your exchanged piece the very next day after your return has been picked up. No long waiting periods!

Once we have confirmed due process, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and simple instructions on how to get your package back to us. Please note: To keep our process organized, we can only accept returns that have been authorized through this email first.
The Money Part
Once we receive and inspect your returned treasure, we’ll send you an email to confirm your refund is on its way.
Timeline: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank Processing: Depending on your bank, it may take up to 15 business days to see the credit on your statement. If it’s been longer than that, reach out to us at contactus@925siller.com and we’ll go hunting for it for you.
EU 14-Day 'Change of Mind' Period
For our friends in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period to return your order for any reason; no justification needed, as long as the item remains in its original, unworn condition.
